Which plan includes workflows?

Growth and up. Growth and the free trial can keep 25 workflows switched on, Business 100, and Enterprise has no limit.

Will a new workflow message my customers straight away?

No. A new workflow and a ready-made flow both stay off until you switch them on.

Can I test a workflow without sending anything?

Yes. A test run sends nothing, charges nothing and changes nothing, so you can run it as often as you like.

Do I need the AI assistant to use workflows?

No. You can build by hand. Describing a workflow in your own words and AI steps need the AI module, which is part of Growth and up.
